Reason for request
Inclusion on the list approved for use by hospitals in the extension of indication: “Herceptin is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of breast cancer with tumoral overexpression of HER2, after surgery, chemotherapy (neoadjuvant or adjuvant) and radiotherapy (if applicable).”
